Is BlackShield different from regular antivirus?
The focus is on network behavior monitoring and firewall log analysis (guarding the entrance, paying attention to the exit, regular reports), not replacing antivirus software.
Is there a need for Microsoft 365 only?
Yes. Employee computers or Macs are still the gateway; data, accounts and devices are the responsibility of the customer. BlackShield 365 marks an unusual upload, ask IT to review as soon as possible.
